We will get our groove down with the most exciting beats of Latin music. This is not a regular class\, this is an opportunity to embrace your UNIQUE self and body and remember that you can dance. Learn salsa\, merengue\, chacha\, cumbia and more. \n\n\nThese sessions are full of creativity and exploration. You will be welcomed and encouraged to lay down on the floor\, previous during and after class. Nevertheless there is space for modification and creative ways to go around movement. You can use a chair or stand as well.\nWear comfortable clothing.\nOh please note this dance studio has a policy of not Street shoes we ask you to bring please bring down sneakers or any sneakers that you don’t use regularly to walk outside the house (oh in other words the footwear has to have clean soles to avoid the floor from being scratched with pebbles etc).\n\nBring your water bottle.\n\nWear comfortable clothing that doesn’t rate your movement. Lose or tight to your body is up to you but. I suggest wearing layers so if you get cold or hot you can get a quick fix.\n\nStreet is free after 6pm. You can also park on the lot across the street from the studio.
